HP has decided to redesign their desktop cases both internally and externally with their recent product refresh. The outside is mostly cosmetic but internally the changes are pretty significant as the company moves away from the AMD Phenom processor lineup to the new APU processors. Pricing also seems to have shifted to a much more affordable level with list prices of $470 but street pricing near $400. So, did HP have to cut a number of features in their redesign to keep the prices more affordable? Find out in my review of the HP Pavilion p6-2100 budget desktop.
